The aura is your body’s energetic atmosphere. It’s a multilayered field that surrounds you, interacting with your emotions, thoughts, physical body, and spirit. Just as your skin protects your internal organs, your aura acts as an energetic shield—filtering information, protecting you from dense or harmful energy, and reflecting your overall state of being.

How Energy Affects Your Aura
Your aura is constantly shifting and responding to the energy around you. Here are a few key influences:
• Emotions: Unprocessed feelings—like fear, sadness, or anger—can settle into the aura and weigh it down.
• Environment: Crowded spaces, chaotic environments, and overstimulation (like excessive screen time) can cloud the field.
• People: If you’re empathic or highly sensitive, you may unconsciously absorb energy from those around you.
• Thoughts: Negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and fear-based thinking create distortions in your energetic field.
Over time, this energetic buildup can lead to feeling foggy, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply off. Fortunately, with simple practices, you can learn to clear and strengthen your aura—and feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

One of my clients, Danielle, came to me during a time when she was feeling deeply disconnected. She couldn’t explain it exactly—she just didn’t feel like herself. ✨ Clear Your Aura: A Simple 5-Minute Practice
Try this daily or anytime you feel energetically off, especially after travel, being in crowds, or navigating emotionally charged situations.
1. Ground Yourself:
Sit or stand with feet flat on the floor. Take 3 deep, conscious breaths—inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth. Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth, anchoring you deeply.
2. Tune Into Your Aura:
Visualize a soft, glowing bubble of light surrounding your entire body. This is your aura. Notice what you sense. Are there any dark spots, heavy areas, or colors that feel dull or off?
3. Clear With Light:
Picture a stream of golden or white light pouring down from above, like a waterfall. Let it wash over your crown and down through your entire energy field, clearing away anything heavy, stagnant, or not yours. Breathe deeply as you allow the light to cleanse you.
4. Restore & Seal:
As your field clears, imagine it being filled with bright, radiant light. Then, visualize a protective layer forming around your aura—like a soft shell of shimmering energy. This light boundary helps you hold your own energy while staying open and compassionate.
5. Affirm Your Energy:
Repeat the affirmation:
“I am clear, grounded, and protected. My energy is mine to manage. I release what is not mine with love.”
