Signs of Strong Intuition:
✔️ You often “just know” things without evidence.
✔️ You can sense when something (or someone) is off.
✔️ You feel a physical reaction (goosebumps, a gut feeling, a heart pull) when making decisions.
✔️ Synchronicities and signs appear when you need guidance.

Signs You Might Be Blocking Your Intuition:
❌ You second-guess yourself constantly.
❌ You feel disconnected or overwhelmed by external opinions.
❌ You rationalize away gut feelings or inner nudges.
❌ Fear often drives your decisions instead of inner trust.

5 Practices to Strengthen Your Intuition
1️⃣ Quiet the Noise: Create Space for Inner Listening
One of the biggest reasons people struggle with intuition is because their minds are too loud. Between social media, work, and endless to-do lists, it’s hard to hear your inner voice when there’s constant external noise.
Practice: Silent Reflection
• Start your day with 5 minutes of silence before reaching for your phone.
• Sit in stillness, place a hand on your heart, and ask: What does my inner wisdom want me to know today?
• Notice what words, images, or feelings arise—without forcing them.
✨ Why It Works: Your intuition speaks softly—it thrives in moments of stillness.
2️⃣ Tune Into Your Body’s Signals
Your body is a direct channel for intuitive messages. Many people experience intuition as a physical response—a gut feeling, chills, or an unexplained sensation.
Practice: Body Check-In
1. Think of a YES decision (something that feels good, exciting, or aligned).
How does your body respond? Light, open, expansive?
2. Now, think of a NO decision (something that drains or overwhelms you).
How does your body respond? Tight, heavy, resistant?
💡 Use this awareness when making choices. If your body contracts, it may be your intuition warning you. If it feels expansive, it’s likely a sign to move forward.
3️⃣ Strengthen Your Intuitive Awareness with Journaling
Writing is a powerful way to access subconscious wisdom. When you journal, you bypass the logical mind and tap into deeper knowing.
Practice: Intuitive Free-Writing
• Grab a journal and write the question: What does my intuition want me to know today?
• Set a timer for 5 minutes and write without stopping.
• Don’t filter or judge—just let the words flow.

4️⃣ Trust & Act on Small Intuitive Hits
One of the biggest blocks to strengthening intuition is not trusting it when it shows up. The more you listen and act on small intuitive nudges, the stronger your confidence becomes.
Practice: The “Small Decision” Test
• Start with low-stakes choices (What should I eat today? Which book should I read?)
• Ask yourself, Which choice feels lighter/more expansive?
• Choose based on intuition, not overthinking.

5️⃣ Ask for Signs & Trust the Universe’s Response
Your intuition doesn’t work alone—it’s connected to universal guidance. One way to strengthen this connection is by asking for signs and remaining open to how they appear.
Practice: Sign Requesting
• Set an intention: “If this decision is right for me, send me a clear sign.”
• Pick a specific sign (a certain animal, a song, a repeating number like 11:11).
• Stay open! Your sign may come in unexpected ways (social media, conversations, random encounters).
💡 Tip: If a sign keeps showing up consistently, it’s time to trust it!
